Matt Hughes Skateboard Park

When the Matt Hughes Skateboard Park opened in 1998, it was named in honor of Matthew Reed Hughes, a local skateboarder who died following a skating accident near his home. The skate park is free and open to the public.  Rules for use are posted, and helmets are required!

Features include long 4 foot quarters, big bank, nice rail, box for long grinds (stack box), and more.

33rd Ave. North between Pepper Geddings Recreation Center and the Doug Shaw Stadium Parking Lot


Hours of Operation:
6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., daily
