The Pier spans ¼ mile off of the coastal shore, adjacent to the Prince Resort. This makes for a beautiful display and along with the other activities, this event is certainly a memorable evening for the entire family.
This event is free and open to the public, so come out, bring a beach chair and enjoy July 4th at the beach!

28th Annual July 4th Boat ParadeOrganization: Murrells Inlet

This year's parade theme is " Ride the Inlet Wave of Freedom." The parade will head over to the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk and then follow the Murrells Inlet shoreline down to the Hot Fish Club.  Best public viewing points are the Marshwalk, Belin Methodist Church, Nance's Restaurant, Captain Pooh's Restaurant and the Hot Fish Club.

The Murrells Inlet Marshwalk restaurants, together with the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce, Ben Arnold and WPDE NewsChannel 15, will light up the skies on the 4th of July with a spectacular fireworks display. The show is shot off from the end of the Veterans Pier.
In the rare event of a washout, the fireworks rain date is July 9th
