While the Soar + Explore appetizer is nice, the main feature of Wonderworks will not open until Spring of 2011. Currently demolition of the Crab House Restaurant is complete and contruction is well underway.The dramatic exterior of this 97 foot tall structure will be a classically-designed building that will appear to have landed upside-down. While the Wonderworks website is scarce on details, it can be assumed the Myrtle Beach attraction's interior, like it's exterior, will be similar to their other locations. The 50,000 square feet will be full of science based exhibits and activities. Hmm, that descrption sounds boring, but I suspect it will be anything but.
